Tappan Solutions was quick to return my call and they were able to check my computer remotely, recommend software solutions and install them. Tappan Solutions knows their business when it comes to IT. They can solve any and all of the most difficult tasks we face today in the computer world. They are prompt, do excellent work at a reasonable cost, and most of all are trustworthy. They cleaned up the kids computer/hard drive, removed viruses, increased the RAM and implemented security. They did it quickly and kept my costs in mind and to a minimum. The old computer is running great and I saved the cost of having to buy a new one.
